Working fee supplied in September 2026; not a contractual quotation. Confirm scope, inclusions and any plot-specific exclusions in the current management agreement before purchase
For a 6,000 sq ft plot, the working fee is ₹6,000 a month. It supports routine on-ground care and shared services so an owner can use the land as a weekend retreat without personally coordinating every watering, cleaning or access task.
